Automate The Upload Of Your Properties (We’ve taken the sting out of it)

If you already have a Zillow, XML2U, or Kyero feed, you can send it to us for upload as soon as you have joined. For our data specs, CLICK HERE.

If you do not have a data feed, we appreciate you may not have time to enter listings manually one by one, let alone regularly update them with price or status changes, so we can assist you with feed creator, XML2U.com, who can create a data feed for you from as little as US$18.50/ €13,75 /GB£12 a month.

If you only want selected listings added to The IMLS, you simply tell XML2U on their feed order form how to identify the listings to be included. They will design a data extraction robot to crawl your website for the listings each day, and you can nominate search criteria so that only specific listings are displayed to the robot; or you can add a specific identifier or marker to each listing you want included (something like a * at the beginning of the listing description or reference number).

*COMING SOON...Engage your client for a sale on new home developments and earn up to 8% commissions by accessing the secure area with all sales tools. Commissions paid to agents for a simple referral range up to 2.5% when a sale is generated. Commissions vary by new home development.

There is a 25% referral fee that applies for all buyers referred to agents/brokers OUTSIDE the USA. The IMLS shares these referral fees with agents/broker who refer clients from their FREE IMLS search.
