Each packing shed has the capacity of producing 2000 standard boxes or 1500 special pack boxes per day.

The remaining lands on the property could be developed into forestry, coconut plantation or many other types of use.

The property has ocean access thru the Monkey River, about 3 miles distance. Opposite the property, on the southern side of the Monkey River is the Payne�s Creek Natural Park consisting of almost 40,000 acres of nature reserve. The river frontage and into the property is full of wildlife such as crocodile, jaguar, howler monkeys, varieties of iguanas and a wealth of birdlife.
