The Pinellas Suncoast REALTORS® Association Partners with The International MLS [IMLS]®

All Tampa Association Members Join The Pinellas Association Members As IMLS Members

Delray Beach, Florida Jan 20, 2025 --(issuewire.com)-- The International MLS [IMLS]® announced today that the Pinellas Suncoast Association of REALTORS® in Florida has signed a partner agreement with The IMLS to make available IMLS memberships to all of its 26,700 members as an MLS member benefit.

According to The IMLS CEO/Founder Dr. Daniel Nussbaum, "We are proud to say that we have entered into an agreement with the Pinellas Suncoast Association of REALTORS® to provide The IMLS as a member benefit to all of their members. The agreement provides that all of their member’s listings are now available on The IMLS for all their MLS members as well as on thousands of other agent and broker sites across the country and around the world automatically.

With their members now also being IMLS members, they are all listed now in our Agent Directory and can be listed for every city they service, have full access to their own secure area in The IMLS Agent platform, be able to get their own International New Homes Development search in an unbranded solution with developments in 25 countries, and be able to network internationally while providing their listings with international exposure.
