RETURN/REFUND POLICY

All IMLS Commercial memberships and products are annual memberships unless noted, where there are no refunds, returns, or exchanges. No Exceptions. All plans will renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date. If you would like to cancel a renewal of your membership, go to your Members Login / Manage Account page and make the change. Your membership will stay active until that renewal date.
